What we keep

Your account details, your profile, the CVs you upload, and your applications, messages and support requests.

Who can see it

An employer sees an application, and the CV sent with it, only after you apply to one of their jobs. Their hiring team may keep private notes about it. Other employers can’t see it.

You decide whether employers you’ve applied to can also see your latest profile, and whether they see your phone number. Change this in your profile’s visibility settings.

Postjobs staff can manage accounts and review reported content. They can’t read your CV or your messages with employers.

Your choices

You can update your profile, replace or remove your CV, and choose which emails you get. A CV you already sent with an application stays with that application, so the employer’s record doesn’t change.
